Kori Billings began her appraisal career at All County Real Estate Services in 2003 where she was trained and supervised by Senior Residential Appraiser Gayle Wertz. Kori became a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2007.
She appraises single family, manufactured
houses, multi family, vacant land, condominiums, duplexes and
proposed construction in Polk and Hillsborough Counties. |

Laura Chancey has been with the All County Real Estate Service team since she became a State Registered Trainee Appraiser in 2005.
She is also under the supervision of Senior Residential Appraiser Gayle Wertz. Laura plans to become a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser after her 2 year apprentiseship is completed.
Laura says she loves being an appraiser, because it allows her flexable hours. She works while her children are at school, and has the afternoon to devote to her son and daughter.
