Appraiser - Larry Bossarte

| Larry Bossarte has been an active real estate broker
for over 25 years. He began his appraisal career in South
Florida in 1983, and earned the elite commercial appraisal MAI
designation in 1992 before moving to the Lake Wales area in 1993.
He has been involved in many commercial brokerage deals, with
a specialty in mobile home park sales. Larry's property
management experience dates back to 1982, and he still owns and
actively manages his own commercial properties. With his well
rounded experience in real estate he, his company, and associates
have earned the respect of the Lake Wales area.

| Gayle Wertz has been in the real estate business
since 1980. She began appraising while she was a broker in Indiana, and started her own Appraisal Company in 1992,
She moved to Florida in 1998 and became a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Florida in 2001.
She has been the Senior Residential Appraiser with All County Real
Estate Services since it began in 2001. She is approved for FHA, single family,
multi family, vacant land, condominiums, manufactured homes,duplexes and proposed
construction. |
